I have worked with many children’s entertainers over the years and I can say that Uncle Buck is one of the best I have come across! He is not a beginning magician trying to do birthday parties. His performance is well practiced and fast paced. You can tell that he has a lot of experience with kids because he kept them laughing and engaged the entire time, not an easy job with 4-5 year olds. He also throws in a little G rated humor for the adults that kept them laughing too! Uncle Buck did a great job making the birthday boy feel so special and that he was the star of the show. Children will not remember the cake or the presents, but they will always remember a great entertainer. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a $100 non-refundable Booking fee is due to hold the date and time for your magic show. The balance to be paid after the show.
IS THE deposit INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Yes. Whichever package you book the total balance due is the original price minus the booking fee.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?
The booking fee is handled with a credit card. The balance can be paid by Cash (Preferred), Credit card, Venmo or Check.
CAN YOU do the BIRTHDAY MAGIC SHOW AT MY CHILD'S PRESCHOOL?
Yes, I can. I often perform birthday parties at preschools and it is a viable option if you can’t host the party over the weekend. Please click here to see Birthday Party Packages and Pricing.
Can you perform outdoors?
Yes, but I would need to know that ahead of time
How much space do you need?
Not much at all. Usually living rooms are the perfect place for the show. As long as there is enough space for kids to sit, there is enough space for us to perform. I’m flexible and easy to work with, so there is always a way to make the show great!
Should we serve the kids food or drinks during the show?
A child with food or drinks during the show is a HUGE distraction for the kids. Not only eating the snack but also the serving & cleaning up that takes place. Not to mention the accidents that occurs. The highlights of the show are based on audience interaction & participation… the children need their hands to be free so they can enjoy being a part of the show. Serving after the show will help facilitate a much better experience for everyone.
For what age group do you perform?
I offer shows that entertain from 2 – 99 years old.
What cities in North/South Carolina do you go to?
I perform in the greater Charlotte, Gastonia, Mooresville, Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Denver, Waxhaw, Indian Trail and all points in between. I can travel a little further but there is a modest travel fee.
Is tipping necessary?
Tipping is at your discretion. If you feel that you received value above and beyond your expectations it is always appreciated. However, I guarantee the same level of quality and professionalism regardless.
Is there anything you need me to provide?
Nope, I am completely self contained. However, if you have dogs or cats if you can have them away from the show area that is helpful, as I do have a live bunny there.
Can we celebrate more than one child's birthday?
Absolutely, it's just twice the fun! It’s an additional $10 per birthday child over one.
